  • Brackets in a spreadsheet that break when someone drops out.
  • Referees texting scores to a WhatsApp group.
  • Check-in lines that push your first match back 45 minutes.
  • A score dispute and nothing to settle it except memory.
  • A surprise delay — and you're rescheduling 30 matches by hand.

  • Brackets regenerate on forfeit. No manual fix needed.
  • Referees score on-phone — every point logged, every undo tracked.
  • Concierges (your check-in staff) check players in with one tap. Photos captured on the spot.
  • Point-by-point history settles every dispute in 10 seconds.
  • One click shifts all remaining matches. The tournament keeps moving.

Your players remember the competition. Not the chaos.

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Focus on the tournament. Let the platform handle the logistics.

Set Up in Under 10 Minutes

A guided 4-step setup walks you through format, categories, courts, and scoring rules — open registration the same day you sign up. Want to fine-tune every last detail yourself? Advanced Setup lets you do that too.

Registration That Runs Itself

Players sign up in minutes from any device, choose their category, and claim their doubles partner — no paper forms, no back-and-forth messaging. You review, approve or flag entries from one screen, and waitlists handle categories that fill up. Already have your players elsewhere? Import your player list instead of retyping it.

Check-In with Zero Lines

Check players in with one tap and snap a photo, so everyone knows the right people are on court. Waivers get signed on screen. When a whole group turns up at once, check them all in together — no clipboards, no lines that push your first match back.

Stop Chasing Scores

Referees keep score on their phone, with numbers big and bright enough to read in direct sun. Serves, deuce and side switches are tracked for them. Every point is saved, so any disagreement can be settled on the spot — and brackets and rankings update on your dashboard automatically.

Brackets That Build Themselves

The format serious tournaments use — pool play group stages feeding into playoff brackets, with teams advancing automatically based on standings. One click builds the full court schedule. Running late? One tap pushes every remaining match back together, and you can drag matches to another court as you go.

One Link to Share Everything

Spectators, parents, and sponsors follow live brackets, scores, and rankings from any phone or venue screen — and every event keeps a permanent public results page. After every match, players get a keepsake Match Card with their check-in photo alongside their scores, so your tournament brand travels with every share.

Sports Control TV

Transparency on the big screen

Beam every live score, court assignment, and ranking to a venue TV in real time. The companion Android TV app turns your control table into a broadcast booth.

Available now — install on any Android TV device, pair it with your live tournament, and every point a referee submits from the referee app lights up on every screen in the venue.

Featured Match Broadcast

Promote any court to full-screen with player photos, oversized live scores, and match status. The featured court feels like a televised final.

Match Queue Visibility

Upcoming matches and court assignments show on the big screen. Players stay ready. Concierges field fewer "when am I up?" questions.

Live Rankings on the Wall

Standings update as referees submit scores. Players see where they stand without refreshing a phone.

DUPR Integration

DUPR ratings,
built in.

DUPR, the Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating, is the official pickleball rating system of Sports Control Hub and is fully integrated into the platform. Run a DUPR-rated event and every match played at your tournament counts toward your players’ ratings, with no spreadsheets to upload afterwards.

Players Link Their DUPR Profile

Players connect their DUPR ID at registration, so results reach the right rating without any matching by hand.

Results Sent to DUPR

Scores submitted by your referees are sent to DUPR, so ratings reflect what happened on court at your event.
